You can ask us to delete your Outfocus account and everything stored with it at any time. Read how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.
Send the request from the email address you use to sign in to Outfocus (with Apple or Google).
1. Send the request
Email our support team with this subject line. If you signed in with Apple's "Hide My Email", send it from the Apple relay address or include it in the message.
Open email2. We take it from there
- We check that the account is yours, so no one else can delete it.
- We permanently delete your data from our servers.
- You get a confirmation email within 7 to 14 days.
This can't be undone
Once your account is deleted, all of this is gone for good:
- Your character, outfits and items
- Your yarn, levels and study days
- Your focus history and room progress
- Your friends, chats and sign-in
Changed your mind? Do nothing and your account stays exactly as it is.
